Market Analysis-n-Market ResearchScanning, drafting & evaluating, product portfolios, due-diligence, Financial, legal-n-business & Contracts/deeds for business tie-upsDriving sales initiatives & achieve desired targets.Overseeing pricing the products for maintaining profitability and also be competitive.Conducting analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor to achieve market share metrics.Formulating long term/short term strategic plans, budgets to enhance sales & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing frontline sales team for achieving the same.Preparing sales & marketing plans for promoting various Pharma Products in accordance with macro plans of company.Streamlining pre-existing processes to enhance efficiencies, while minimizing operational time/costs.Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort.Responsible for recruiting, mentoring & training personnel and managers to the sales team for ensuring optimum performance to deliver quality services in market.Monitoring & motivating the manpower & ensuring quality deliverables in the market.Planning individual/ team goals to achieve pre set targets within time, quality & cost parametersDesired Candidate ProfileB.Sc./B.Pharm & MBAin marketing with 10 to 15 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing forLATIN AMERICANCOUNTRIES
