Job Details

To formulate and implement the HR strategy, systems and procedures for staff & for contract workforce at warehouses and ensure harmonious employee relations at warehouses. To partner with warehouse operations team in improving manpower productivity & service levels by creating a conducive environment through effective processes of recruitment, training, administration & EHS (employee, health & safety) compliances.Key Result Areas Supporting ActionsFormulate and ensure implementation of suitable HR & IR StrategyUnderstand the HR implications of various systems and processEvaluate and assess the HR trends and practices in similar industriesFormulate Hr strategy in consultation with G.M- order & distribution ManagementFinalize HR priorities and process as per requirementsBudgetingWork closely with warehouse managers and admin officers of respective warehouse and finalize HR budgetsClosely monitor costStatutory complianceEnsure statutory compliance in all the warehousesConduct periodic internal audits and checks to assess gaps as per the statutory requirements RecruitmentManpower planning in coordination with warehouse ManagersEnsure implementation of Recruitment processArrive at appropriate strategy to curb High attritionEmployee welfare initiativesDesign a comprehensive employee welfare frameworkMonitor to ensure necessary facilities are provided in the premises for employeesMonitor the service standards for the provided facilitiesCreate a participatory culture for implementing the aboveTrainingDesign a training strategy to deliver the desired behaviorMonitor the training effectiveness and suggest corrective steps for improvement Team ManagementSet goals and identify the skill gaps of the teamCoaching and MentoringTeam Motivation QualificationsPG Minimum 8 years and 12 years
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
