Management Information team publishes Management Reports for Insurance Segment to support Leadership / Senior Management in decision making. The process involves deep analysis of information, triangulation with key parameters (Business vs region/ country) and has quick turnarounds.This role will be focusing on driving regional analytics to measure business performance towards broker management, client management, country management and legal entity management.What will youressential responsibilities include?Management Reporting & Analysis- FinOps Analytics team is responsible to Create, Maintain and Distribute Standard Data Quality, FIC and Audit Report. Perform Preliminary Analysis of various Reports. Analyze Business Drivers / Metrics Reporting. What will youressential responsibilities include?Execution and timely distribution/delivery of Data Quality reports.Interact with various teams (Finance, Enterprise Ops, UAs, TA s, Technical Accounting etc) for the new possible data checks.Design, development and maintenance of various data quality checks (validations) for various individual and consolidated source systems (like EE conformance layer, XLGC, etc).Regularly monitor and review existing working practices and procedures in order to support local Management in identifying any areas for possible improvements and process automation.Support documentation of all aspects of the Process in detail including Process and system Manuals, Process Flows and Detailed Process Maps. UNLEASH your potentialUNLEASH your potential Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skillsGraduate from a good Indian university preferably one located in a metropolitan city.Bachelor s degree in Commerce/Science (MBA Finance or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance preferred)8-10 Yrs. of experience with good analytical skills (Insurance know how preferred)Proficient verbal and written English skills.Strong technical skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, VBA, SQL) must.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
