Job Details

1. Obtaining information from all relevant sources to stay informed on trends, innovations, and new changes in market.2. Prioritizing sales opportunity through a detail account planning process & accordingly assigning clientle to team members. 3. Attending client meetings along with team members to make them learn for approaching new clients.4. Generate new ideas for ad campaigns throughout the year.5. managing a portfolio of accounts (existing) & new accounts with the same degree of professionalism.6. maintaining and building good personal relationships with existing clients while developing new accounts.7. Provide timely follow up on all advertising inquiries, and maintain availability by telephone and email to clientele and staff members.8. Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue & achieving sales targets.9. researching new business leads and pitching for new business.10. Increase market share with good yield.11. Monitor each sales person's & own performance & compare it with given target. Drive & control sales staff to meet these targets. 12. Recruit, manage, train motivate & direct reporting staff according to company procedures & policy13. Ensure company management guidelines and policies are followed14. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and develop the company's brands.15. Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities to team members & providing proper feedback to management. 16. Communicate new product and service opportunities, schemes & policies, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through market to the team17. Offer coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information to sales person they need in order to help them meet their sales targets. 18. Preparing & checking varieties of reports like daily call report, presentations & proposals made by executives & providing presentation and product demonstration support to the team members. 19. Collection of payments due & reducing outstanding.
