Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Hiring Managers on staffing plans/budgets, then develop and execute recruitment plans accordinglyBuild and maintain a high-performance recruitment team with the right core values, set the right expectations and manage them by objectives in order to deliver recruitment resultsUnderstand and improve our internal recruitment processes to make them more effective and efficient, while upholding quality measures, volume in pipelines, and closure attainment along with providing a great recruitment experience to candidatesHave a good grasp of the details to constantly evaluate operations, results, and investment and take appropriate actions to improve ROIGet involved in the interview process by verifying candidates' culture fit in the organizationUnderstand the local market conditions, as well as best practices and trends in recruitmentDevelop and communicate a strong employment brand QualificationsDegree in HR, Business or related discipline; MBA preferred10+ years of experience in recruitment, including 3+ years in a corporate recruitment leadership roleMust have prior experience working on a variety of technical and non-technical requirements, preferably for a high tech/SaaS environmentMust possess strong written and verbal communicationHands on approach towards recruitment.Naturally focused on building candidate pipelines to bring in the top quality performersPrevious experience working for a US based company is a plusWilling to be flexible with his/her working hours to overlap with Hiring Managers in the night shift and in North America
