Job Details

Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for Monitoring, training,Manage the operational activities of the department to include staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.Providing support to the Commercial and Business development teams for Bid and contract proposals as required from time to time.Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and department projects.Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reportsConduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation.Coach and provide career development advice to staff.Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.Schedule and conduct department meetings.Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.Communicate with Supervisors, General Manager, andCEO on Department operations.Complete human resource paperwork.Desired Candidate ProfileB.E /MBA with 10 to 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Service Company with similar kind of positionHave a thorough in depth knowledge ofMRO Operations .Should have a business perspective of theMRO /TCM Segment as well as understand revenue and cost streams to be able to deliver profit at the end of the day.Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Desirable .Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.Problem analysis and problem-solving
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 10-15
