Roles and ResponsibilityKey ResponsibilitiesMarketing ?Identify opportunities to drive walk-ins at the store?Store VM as per company guide lines?Preparing and executing retail marketing calendar at regional level?Track and monitor the effectiveness of all brand marketing initiatives?Facilitate relations with local media and PR?Industry and Competition analysis, keep track of the competition features and updates. Must be able to review our marketing strategy based on changing industry trends?Lead all ATL & BTL marketing efforts in the region.?Ensuring Brand Guidelines are deployed across all outlets.?Consistent Brand experiences across all outlets.?Liaison with Operations team and map the Outlet requirements and ensure timely marketing support.Corporate Relationship ?To define geographical strategy to source, Shortlist and Identify target companies for selling company services?To carry out corporate lead generation activities at ATL and BTL level?To write convincing business communications, design packages and its pricing, pitch to clients and persistently persuade and aid the tie-up to be established?To co-ordinate with IT, Creative Team and Service Delivery Team to chalk out the service plan for the client?To resolve grievances during the service delivery, if any and provide highest client satisfaction during the project.?To keep a good rapport and constantly update self with knowledge about company products, served clients Monitor and support the marketing team.Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing & Communication* 3-4 Years of Experience with Hospitality Chain of Restaurants.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
