Smooth running of the venue operations ensuring high guest satisfaction, achieving budgeted GOP by proper planning, organizing, directing and controlling the talents Align management style, working practices and conduct with The Westin Pune Koregaon Park's vision, corporate values, operating standards and policies. To comply with code of conduct at all times. Analyzing planned revenues of the out let through profit and loss a/c and generating covers and sale analysis reports Identifying areas and improvements , preparing action plans, execution and implementation of the same. Anchoring all operation activities for catering and coordinate with chefs and managers, there by achieving delivery, service and quality norms. Involved in managing functions like menu planning, inventory management, staff management, food and beverage costing, ordering and achieving sales target. Closely interacting with in- house and potential guests to understand their requirements and customizing the offerings and services accordingly. Handling operations by addressing operational issues related to quality and service. Bringing in innovation in order to boost daily sales. Training new talents and team leaders to ensure that the team is aligned and engaged Maintaining guest database for any future reference inorder to promote the business Actively involved and has creativity in suggesting food festivals or any such promotions. The above list is non exhaustive and should undertake additional duties as assigned by the General Manager. REQUIREMENTSLanguage ProficiencyMust be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.Skills Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.Must possess basic computational ability. Must possess basic computer skills.ExperienceFive years hotel F&B experience required.Supervisory/managerial experience preferred
