Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for overallSales of IT and PLM Project and Staffing ServicesProvide vision and direction to the company's India sales initiativesProspecting, Sales and Account Management at strategic levels and for selected strategic accountsBuild a motivated team of sales engineers, business development and operations personnel to achieve team resultsContribute towards the strategic plans and their implementationDevelopment and management of alliances with partners and vendors Business Planning & MarketingFormulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and profitabilityRecommend and implement viable industry/ vertical strategies to Increase Companys market share and profitabilityDevelop and prepare sales forecast, budget and manpower plans Prospecting, Sales and Account ManagementIdentify and penetrate new, and up-sell and grow share-of-pocket of existing, major accountsPursue major prospects, business opportunities and lead in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of salesEstablish excellent client relationships with strategic customersInterpret customer needs and works to meet those needsIdentify potential business opportunitiesOperations and DeliveryDrive sales process level improvements to improve overall sales process.Streamline gaps between sales, operations and delivery.Work with the stake holders to improve overall efficiency of the operations.Desired Profile 8 plus years of technology sales and high level account management in the IT industry.Proven track record in technology or services selling within any domain like PLM, SAP, ERP, IT infrastructure. Should have managed and achievedAnnual Sales Target of $1 Million and above. Outgoing personality with vision and energy to build a great organization.Extensive business and professional network.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
