Responsible for sales and distribution activities Orthopedic Implants and Prosthetic Devices in the distributor market with coordination and cooperation of business partnersDeveloping and implementing effective strategies to exceed territory market share / revenue objectives.Work with surgeons and clinical professionals to sell a complete line of high quality, state-of-the-art Orthopedic Implants and Prosthetic DevicesMaintain expert knowledge in orthopaedic products, competitive product and current marketEstablish, develop and maintain field contact with key orthopaedic surgeons, hospital staff and personnel at target teaching hospitals with an emphasis on residents in OrthopaedicsMaintain close relationship with business partners, and proactively identify and capture new business opportunitiesProvide channel feedback on product features and functions, trends, program needs, customer outreach programs and eventsBe alert to all competitive products; design, pricing, promotions and keep management informed in a timely manner.Build and maintain a high level of enthusiasm for the Company Orthopaedic productsSubmit timely reports of sales performance versus forecast, activities, product promotion etcDesired Candidate Profile7 to 10 years of successful sales experience in the Orthopedic Implants and Prosthetic Devices industryMust have strong connect with Orthopedic Implants and Prosthetic Devices Distributors nationallyMust have a seasoned understanding of the orthopaedic devices marketplace, industry, competitive and account informationMust have the ability and experience to team with business partners to serve Orthopedic SurgeonsDynamic, assertive individual with technical-oriented leadership ability and well-developed presentation skillsExceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
