Key Skills Key Technical Skills Hands on experience in concept selling at CX levels Experience in marketing and business development Basic exposure to plant instrumentation and control systems and communication protocols.Preferred Experience Exposure to process instrumentation and control applications. Exposure to application of software packages for control & automation such as DCS, BMS, MES, CMM, EAM Experience in energy audits, energy performance contracting in Industrial, or buildings. Prior experience of working in automation industry.Key Functional Skills Ability to understand the customer requirements and capture it correctly. Ability to get into depth of equipment applications. Ability to formulate contracts with clarity of deliverables, prices, milestones, cash flows etc. Ability to maintain customer relationship right from initial requirement gathering through negotiations and long contract periods. Excellent communication skills presentation, verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills. Domain Skills Domain knowledge in Energy, Environment including heating, cooling, HVAC, power generation, transmission, distribution, energy audits, energy performance contracting, industrial plants and utilities. Roles & Responsibilities Generate enquiries in target segments; interact with customers in identified segments, understand their needs and conceptualize appropriate solution to address their pain/gain areas. Finalize optimal solution components and the solution architecture for realizing deliverables, specific to the process, plant, equipment. Make the technical and commercial offer Constantly be in touch with customers, give clarifications, rework on proposals, specs, prices, terms, etc. till order closure. Interact with engineering and execution teams for order transmittals. Manage long term customer relationship through continuous interaction till project closure to pave way for future orders. Build up and grow the sales with focus on revenues and profitability.
