Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSalesResponsible for achievement of Overall Sales TargetSales visits in travel & corporate market for new collaborationsBulk BookingsGenerate and Achieve Sponsorship TargetsMarketing & EventsDevelop local/National annual marketing plan, brand calendar, etc.Develop and manage strategic marketing goals.Creation, development, planning and activation of any marketing programs.Leading all advertising plan for the outletsPlan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the marketCreate strategic partnerships through hosting B2B events, cold calling, attending monthly networking events, and groups.Develop and manage customer insight program, including analytics and market research.Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight developmentDesign and manage repeat/loyalty programs to achieve repeat target per acquired customer.Manage company social media and digital marketing strategies and development across most of the business oriented platforms. Report effectiveness of all digital activity including web analytics, conversions etc for each campaignGenerate quality traffic to the website to ensure target conversion ratesSpearhead Offline marketing and business alliances to generate more bookings.Work with creative agencies to come up with novel ideas to be implemented in the market.High level of detail around all logistics, travel, creation of registration websites, surveys, programs, brand activation and strategy on every program.Post-event evaluation including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholdersScreening, short-listing & signing off with vendors for various activations to get the best work done at the best price.Creation, logistical development and economic outcome of all events, be it a concert, party or charity eventFinancialPreparation of Annual BudgetManaging & preparation of P&LControls, decides where to spend local media advertising budget in all facets of the Sales & Marketing plan.Generating various operational & financial reportsEnsuring timely clearance of vendor billsAdministrative functionsBuild and manage a teamManpower planningPerformance ManagementForm departmental policies and procedures.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
