Job PurposePlan targets, manage distribution and inventory parameters and control credit with the overall objective of sustained and increased revenue in the regionPrincipal AccountabilitiesOperational Lead and direct sales across B2B & channel across the region Define appropriate pricing strategies to ensure cost optimization Lead and manage allocated key accounts to ensure sustained profitability and customer satisfaction Develop and manage new clients/dealers in the region Follow-up on leads generated by sales executives for potential opportunities Define and ensure achievement of set targets for the region Manage regional profitability by planning realization and cost budgets Control market overdue to ensure timely receipt of all payments Manage and deliver on key customer expectations related to timely delivery of order in full Deliver on the customer satisfaction parameters and take corrective action if needed Regularly monitor / screen & respond to tenders Ensure timely receipt of payments Update with developments in the region & competitive action
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 10-15
