Explore new market opportunities by scanning different segments, industries etc Keep track on market trends and provide monthly updates to stakeholders. Support and enhance business development and expansion activities by proactive support and strategy Monitor and control data base on industry specific customer and develop methodologies for Lead generation, tracking and follow-on till the leads. Ensure appropriate monthly reporting and entire regional sales activities management Partner with other stakeholders to develop targets, cultivate relationships as appropriate and help drive the market growth Ensure accounts receivables targets are achieved by appropriate payment receivables practices Develop and manage sales team within the region Plan, execute and participate in branding activities, exhibitions etc. Achieve customer satisfaction and develop long term relationship with customers This highly sales oriented position will report into Director Sales and can be based out of Mumbai KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Achieve sales targets, growth targets and Account receivable targets for region Reviews changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts sales plan accordingly. Familiar with a variety of the field s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and execute the work efficiently. Experience with Brand, Content, and Strategic Sales programs. Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives. Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent sales Establishes strategic sales direction, long-range and annual planning. Maintains up-to-date knowledge in respective industry. Keeps staff aware of new and significant developments and serves as a resource for all the staff, with emphasis on the strategic sales perspective. Implement sales plan with assistance of stakeholders. Manage regional budget for all staffing, resources etc. Exposure to deal with Government water boards and EPC contractors dealing with water and waste water
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 8-12
