- To generate and develop new external business opportunities.- Proper Automation solutions and Estimation of Accurate Cost.- To focus on existing and to expand customer network.- To bring profitable business as per planKey Result Area- Implement Sales Strategies to Meet/Exceed Sales Goals.- Estimation of cost, Offer making-Focus on product expertise, customer development initiatives, market coverageetc.- New market entries and new customer development- Keep the sales expense as per budgetKey Responsibilities - Stay abreast of all market and available products.- New Customer development and Marketing with brand building.- Identify potential customers and evaluate their needs.- Ability to analyze market conditions, develop an annual business plan andcoordinate its implementation- Ability to define and grow new markets for emerging product technologies.- Ability to administer and implement marketing , promotion programs in line withbusiness requirements- Must have excellent communication skills to gain customer trust and respectsales.- Ability to implement products business plan.- Strong arbitration skills to effectively listen, communicate and gain consensus- Ability to coordinate the sale activity and to close account conversions.- Ability to travel extensively to support internal and external customers- Support for developing and implementing Products annual business plan for sales & marketing.- Be a technical resource for the internal/external customer.- Ability to be the focal point for all communication between Products group and its customer- Must be able to learn companys business system to participate in daily work flow.- Maintain sales forecasting report.- Identify and manage key accounts and new business opportunities for growth based upon targeted goals established at the start of the year.Graduate in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed university with around 05 - 10 years of exp, in large engg/project/process/heavy engineering industry out of which at least 5 years in direct or indirect sales and has exp to brought single profitable orders.- Sound knowledge of AC / DC Drives applications in the Metals Industry.- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.- Preferably have good customer relations especially in Metals industry.- Experience in the Estimation and costing is must
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 6-10
