Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities* Meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business; * Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;* Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales; * Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, gaining repeat business wherever possible;* Gathering market and customer information; * Creating detailed proposal documents, customized to the prospective customer's needs;* Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients; * Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;* Working closely with other teams for execution and implementation of deals.Company Profile Kwench is an Employee Engagement Company which helps corporates to engage their employees.
