Job Details

Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and technicians who design manufacturing processes and specifications that will improve the efficiency and productivity of the organisations manufacturing operations. Main Responsibilities To evaluate the recommendations of engineers to ensure they are accurate and consistent with the organisations short-term production plans. To lead most complex, large, or difficult process engineering projects (new project estimation, feasibility study) and develop innovative approaches to production problems. To contribute to the development of operating budgets (CAPEX Planning and controlling) for the process engineering unit. To monitor industry trends, and developments in engineering technology; evaluate and recommend investments in equipment, systems, or other assets that will improve the organisation s production capabilities. To lead, direct, evaluate, and develop project engineering staff to ensure their work meets established targets and standards. To be overall responsible for c-GMP, regulatory compliance, statutory compliance related to Engineering activities and HSE.
