The DSM Site Demand Planner (SiDP) is responsible for creating, maintaining and overseeing the study medication forecast for the clinical sites. The SiDP is accountable to the study sites to ensure appropriate site stock, following the interactions with the Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and/or local planning functions and the Study Demand Planner (SDP) to ensure the right medication at the right place at right time.1.Acts as business partner for local clinical contacts and collaborates with global DSM team to support the tactical planning and risk management for their respective clinical study portfolio. 2. Ensures Clinical Trial assumptions are correctly reflected in ClinAdmin and SAP at site level. 3. Monitors planned versus actual patient recruitment via the IRT (interactive response technology) reporting tool and adapts system parameters to optimize the drug demand forecasting at the clinical site level. 4. The SiDP collaborates with the SDP to adapt the study forecast predictions in SAP so as to meet the expected needs of the study sites based on the planned patient numbers 5. Accountable for setting the study and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) parameters in SAP with input from the SDP and the PDM (Packaging & Distribution Manager) to ensure sufficient clinical site inventory. 6. Identifies, assesses and flags risks on a site level to stakeholders, defines and communicates accordingly a mitigation plan/strategy to appropriate boards 7. Acts as main point of contact for Site Monitor/CRA for any site level IMP related queries. 8. Supports internal/external inspections and audits 9. Actively contributes to SOP creation, revision and update within DSM.Minimum requirementsBachelor/master degree in life science or Pharma. English 1. Experience in working with Clinical trial sites. 2. Monitoring experience in Global Clinical trials in various therapeutic area. 3. Excellent communication skills and problem solving approach. 4. Preferably a Bachelor/master degree in life science or Pharma.
