Drafting new agreements with customers while safeguarding companys interests with respect to various liabilities and ensuring favorable terms for the company. Finalizing and negotiating the contract with end clients on behalf of the company. Reviewing contractual and non disclosure agreements from clients, with a view to minimizing company s liabilities and negotiating the same through to closureDrafting new agreements vis--vis contractors and employees, and ensuring compliance with the sameManaging group inter-company transactions and ensuring compliance with statutory and best practices normsEnsure that the company s financial affairs are conducted in accordance with the policy of the Group and statutory requirements;Review the monthly accounts prepared by the accountants and supervise Annual Statutory Audit. Responsible for preparing financial statements as per International Accounting Standards and also generating the Group Reporting package in line with USGAAP.Responsible for all treasury operations of the company which involves liasing and negotiating different facilities with the Bankers as well as working capital management.Other regular activities involve preparing forecasted cash flow, supervising all the monthly payments to the suppliers and ensuring timely recovery of debt from the clients, etc.Responsible for handling all the direct and indirect tax related issues (Sales Tax, Customs, Octroi and VAT)Supervision of the order processing activities and the invoicing of the various clients along with Head of operations.Responsible for all the secretarial matters of the company including maintaining statutory records and filing of returns to different regulatory authorities. Filing of necessary returns toRBI on onFDI, remittances etc.Formulating strategies of foreign corporate venturing into Indian Market within the framework of FDIGuidelines and Foreign Exchange management Act , obtaining the requisite regulatory and statutory approvals.Quarterly budget preparation & review of the business activities. Controlling advertisements, promotion and counter sales personnel expenses to ensure that the allocated fund is optimum for the business and will result in the best profitability.Preparation forecasted Profit & Loss for each segment of the business and analysing the forecasted profitability for various business divisions of the company.Making analytical studies of various business elements and providing reports and feedback to theCEO on the key issues to be negotiated with the distributors/clients.
