Job Summary > To achieve designated sales target> To prepare the necessary Sales Strategy Plan.> To oversee, support and provide necessary inputs to the sales staff in achieving the sales target> The identification of prospective new opportunities through industry events, cold calling, networking, cross-selling, etc.> The maintenance and monitoring of sales life cycle for new opportunities.> Monitors and communicates changing business and customer needs.> Coaches others in the value, issues, and methods of client interaction.> Collaborates with client in discerning client business trends and their implications.> Maintains status information on major developments in client or partner environment.> Creates perception of being a key business partner in pursuing common business objectives.> Plans, organises and manages multiple sales engagements.> Understanding the company s Business.> Describes in detail the full spectrum of major products and services.> Monitors the structure, operation and key players of all major business segments.> Promotes desired culture and associated best practices.> Works to ensure organisations position in the industry and marketplace.> Stays abreast of industry and marketplace experiences, vendors and tools.> Owning the various elements of the sales process, typical activities to include>Involvement in initial contact and prospect qualification;> Assist/manage as appropriate the presenting of the companys service offering to identified prospects;> Participation in set-up and execution of requirements/scoping meetings;>Prepare formal response to any Request for Proposals (RFPs);> The negotiation and agreement of pricing;>Obtaining due diligence documentation from prospective clients;> Managing the prospect through internal due diligence approval process;>Working with internal Legal department to agree and sign contracts;> Working with Conversions team to ensure the successful go-live of new clients;>Managing the handover of new clients to Client Interface team.> Maintaining appropriate records of all prospecting and sales activity.>Frequent trips for both sales meetings and representing the company at seminars, trade shows and industry events as appropriate.> Demonstrates in-depth experience with the prospect/customers from the target market sector.>Any other duties as required.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
