Job SummaryIt is a strategic role to support the overall business strategy and help the business grow through its employees and various HR initiatives. Understand current opportunities and challenges in OD/ OB. Identify future OD/ Culture road-map and strategy. Provide consultation in change management, organization effectiveness and work in partnership with business groups to orchestrate cultural development and organization change initiatives that address corporate goals and strategies. Also develop and implement HR strategy to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture. This will empha empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment and ongoing development of an exceptional workforce.Job Responsibilities Engage with business leaders to plan, implement change projects and strategies which help realize the Vision, Mission and Strategic plan.Identify unique needs, Carry out organization assessments, makes recommendations for change, helps design new structures redesign management processes to meet quality standards.Proactively address and respond to development issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes, implement appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, instruction, program design, materials development and performance analysis.Establish organization-wide processes that create good organization health and employee satisfaction.Work on special projects give advice and develops interventions to bring positive impact on results by organization change.Accountable for the overall integration, delivery and monitoring of all change management projects in the Organization.Provides project management for organization-wide projects/ initiatives as required, facilitating team efforts and helping to define project goals, timelines etc.Assesses risks associated with various change initiatives/projects and suggests and implement actions to manage any negative impacts.Identifies and uses instruments and surveys to analyze individual and group behavior and provide recommendations.Coaches Managers and leaders at all levels of the organization to expand their skills.Manage and roll out the global performance management system and provide support to line managers.Manage employee communication and organization wide announcements.Desired Education/ Skills and Experience PG/ MBA in HR or Psychology 6+ Year experience in OD and Change Mgt. in IT Industry. Coordinated/managed at least 2 change management projects.Demonstrates ability to think innovatively and creatively design training and organizational development initiatives.Ability to experiment, conceptualize innovative ideas, drive them across business, levels, locations and build organization culture from multiple prevailing cultures across the globe.Demonstrates experience applying adult learning principles.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
