Key Responsibilities1. Should be able to handle entire Recruitment process2. Should be able to interface with Business / Functional Managers independently 3. Should be able to prepare Job descriptions4. Should be able to conduct interviews independently or in Panel 5. Must have good communication SkillsTalent Acquisition Strategy1. Contribute in formulation of talent acquisition strategy in line with HR & Talent strategy2. Deploy TA strategy in respective BU by developing tools and techniques and sensitizing relevant stakeholdersTalent Acquisition Process1. Deploy talent acquisition process and guidelines for the BU as developed by Head - TA and socialize the same2. Develop process steps for talent acquisition of each unique role in the business unit (no. of interview rounds, approval process etc.)3. Monitor policy deployment relating to Talent Acquisition (e.g. Referral Policy, Internal Job Posting policy etc.)4. Ensure adherence to overall hiring grid (for each unique role) and related guidelines and communicate to all key stakeholders (hiring managers, recruiters etc.)5. Follow offer letter process for each unique role (with appropriate signing authority etc.) and monitor adherence.6. Negotiate Offer with selected candidate & roll out offer letter as per process defined..Vendor Management1. Empanel reputed recruitment consulting firms to support respective BU in Talent Acquisition.2. Monitor performance of vendors to ensure minimum standard of performance is metCandidate sourcing and selection1. Source candidates for approved candidates via IJP, ERP, consultants, campus etc.(approval to be provided by HRBP team).2. Screen candidates for suitability of position and requirement including culture fit etc.3. Conduct preliminary screening interview (as per process) and forward shortlisted candidates for further selection process.4. Ensure overall recruitment process is carried out in line with TA process (no. of interview rounds, to old deployed etc.)5. Negotiate with selected candidate and release offer as per guidelines set in TA process.Candidate Experience & On boarding1. Adhere to framework & guidelines to ensure each candidate in the recruitment process experiences 'Company s Way of Hiring'.2. Enable smooth on boarding of all hired candidates and handhold them to HR BPs.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
