Develop strategies to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high quality candidates for positions within EA IndiaFocus on implementing programs to both increase both operational effectiveness and efficienciesManaging a workforce with recruiters in multiple locations The next great Manager, Talent Acquisitionwill need to have the followingMinimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting and experience leading and managing a team of recruitersExperience in-house, executive search and/or consulting with demonstrated success in building out, leading or managing teams of high-performing individualsProven leadership with a vision and strategy for talent acquisition in a highly dynamic organizationStrong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationshipsStrong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple business lines in a fast paced environmentProven track record of developing and influencing recruiting best practices and implementation of those practices across client groupsBachelor s degree requiredPassion for games and working in a high tech, creative environmentHigh commitment to excellence and customer servicePrevious management and leadership experience in video games industry strongly preferredDriving strategy and execution for large scale recruitment initiatives across multiple locationsManaging, growing, and motivating a team of recruitersPartnering with Human Resources business partners on hiring strategies, compensation plans and headcount planningProvide leadership and guidance to your team in driving the recruiting process from sourcing to candidate acceptance.Negotiate and close candidates you are personally working with and advise your team in negotiating strategies as well.Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, finance and executive management.Continued evaluation and maintenance of recruitment programs within your team; including performance metrics, applicant tracking, data integrity and meeting agreed upon SLA's to the business.Be viewed as a positive thought leader and one focused on customer excellenceProvide leadership and direction to your team and peers, as well as cross functional leadership to human resources partners as it relates to recruitment programs.
