Primary RoleHaving established as one of the strong players in the Microfinance Industry, Ujjivan is looking at next phase growth through expansion to other products like Individual loans and Housing loans. These new business lines comes with opportunities and challenges in supporting growth through strong processes and best practices in people management. The role of Training Manager at our Corporate office is to effectively deliver on the training and development requirements as well as drive the culture of learning across various levels in the organization. This role will be supported by the regional training team for delivery and content management.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for content development and delivery of new training requirements as well as ongoing review existing content for relevance to business or functional requirementsTo conduct TNA in consultation with business or regional teams and deploy delivery options for the organizationTo ensure the organization is well-equipped with expertise for training delivery through TTT program, Faculty identification / development and such initiatives.To facilitate learning initiatives by ensuring knowledge programs are made available through on-line means, external engagements or expert panel discussionsTo ensure various channels of delivery are explored and deployed for employees to avail of a learning culture of the organizationTo engage with external partners, service providers, industry practitioners in a manner that will facilitate channeling of best practices into UjjivanTo manage communication to employees on training programs, development initiatives such that employee's are consistently aware of avenues for learningTo develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials for in-house employeesTo support the organization in it's effort to be a Great Place to Work15 20 days of travelling in a month is required within IndiaSkills Required Excellent presentation and communication skillsHigh levels of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a teamCreativity and initiativeExcellent Organization ability and detail orientationExperience 8+ years of overall training experience, of which at least 3 years in training delivery required.
