2. 4 6 years of experience in Training and Development, in both product and soft skills training. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi, both written and oral. 4. Ability to make stand up and group presentations. Should be well versed in MS Office and power point presentation. 5. Should be well groomed and presentable with a likable personality. 6. Should be flexible and willing to travel across locations in Delhi / NCR. JOB PROFILE 1. Identification and assessment of the training needs, across centers and ability to plan training schedules accordingly. 2. Conducting pre and post training need assessment and evaluation of the teams. 3. Design and deliver product, telesales and soft skill training programs based on team/individual's current and future training needs, across Delhi/NCR centers. 4. Responsible for conducting induction training for all new joinees, across centers. 5. Addressing specific training issues across levels, either through group training, one on one, role plays or feedback etc. 6. Coordinating with all internal centers for delivery and implementation of training schedules/plan.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
