Minimum 3-5 years of QA experience with Web based & Standalone application environmentsCurrent extensive hands-on experience in manual testing, creating test suites / cases / scenariosStrong proficiency in Functional / Regression / Retesting / Security / UI / Usability / Cross Browser / Cross Platform testing / Client & Server ValidationsStrong proficiency in one or more defect tracking tools, Bugzilla, GitHub, Mantis, etcProficiency in testing complex web applications -black-boxAbility to map the use cases to test cases Traceability MatrixAbility to visualize generic and repeated fail / error conditions, work closely with developers and preventing future recurrenceAbility to dig deep into test failures and work with developers to identify root causeSelf-motivated, ability to take the task by charter and drive towards goalAbility to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment requiring excellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to hone new technologies oriented towards Organization and Customer dynamic needsAbility to work with remote teams off-hoursExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHands-on test management tools like Test Directors, MTM, a plusKnowledge in Agile / SCRUM methodology a plusDevelopment background a definite plus RequirementsBachelors / Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalentMinimum 3 years of solid work experience in Manual testing
