Converting marketing and communication strategies into creatives and materials supporting integrated campaigns for new and existing products. Lead the conceptualization & execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This entails campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor & BTL. Manage the creative agency to develop 360 degree offline campaigns through an optimal mix of ATL & BTL assets. Monitor the brands health, customer satisfaction levels and garnering consumer and category insights. Leverage consumer insights to develop compelling & effective campaigns to meet business objectives product awareness & preference and brand leadership Drive the agencies to implement impactful innovations across media to break the clutter and maximize visibility. Liaison with the global team to leverage existing global assets and influence development of new ones. Co-develop marketing programmes with key e-comm partners Collaborate with the product and sales team to optimize campaign effectivenessPosition Requirements7-10 years of experience in integrated marketing campaign development and execution. Preferably having had a stint in an advertising agency and worked in the Marketing function handling youth focused Intl brands.- Creative, out of box thinking- Analytical and consumer focused- Strong brand management fundamentals- Strong communication- Collaborative approach, team player- Techy savvyKey Behavioral competencies Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally. Can rally and drive a team to rise to challenges and perform. Can work well under pressure and look to problem solve Strong analytical ability Strong planning and organizing skills
