Our client is recruiting for a Marketing and Communications ManagerJob PurposeDevelop and deliver internal, external and digital branding via all communications platforms based on the strategic marketing objectives for the company Principal AccountabilitiesKey Results AreaEngage with the Student and Industry Development Manager to align all branding and communication activities to the strategic marketing objectives defined for the companyManage all content (written and visual) to be shared via communication channels (written and digital). Ensure that creative ideation and content generation is fresh and innovative by utilizes internal and well as external creative suppliers. Develop communication outreach plans (short-term and long-term) with PR and Social Media agencies. Ensure that all projects commence with a robust written brief and approved budget and that all stakeholders are clear on the project deliverables and resources required to complete the project. This includes managing stakeholder expectations on the time and budget required to undertake a project. Ensure that all projects are completed with a summary performance report [Post Campaign Summary] that demonstrates how the strategic marketing objectives were met. Ensure that all suppliers are working within the required time frame and following due process in line with Finance and Procurement Department requirements. Develop company's branded merchandise and stationery. Keep it current and monitor stock levels. Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, partners and suppliers. Meet with them frequently as a means to increase knowledge of the business.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and CompetenciesMinimum QualificationEducated to degree level, master degree preferred in business or relevant field. Experience 5 - 8 years of work experience in a strategic marketing position, preferably with higher education experience. Job Specific Skills Excellent organizational skillsExcellent ability to use all MS products (powerpoint, word, excel, visio) Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environmentProject management experienceDrive for resultsAbility to work with diverse group of peopleAbility to multi-task with cross-discipline responsibilities
