This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in helping a global technology company look for new and existing ways to reach, engage and collaborate with its customers through digital experiences. This role will be to focus on marketing automation capabilities (Eloqua) to deploy and configure technology to meet Europe and Asia marketing needs, including tracking of industry trends, research and performing technical evaluations. This role requires strong partnership with our sales and marketing organizations in Europe and Asia, with focus on aligning business partners needs with IT roadmaps and capabilities and delivering a holistic solution. You will coordinate internal and external specialized suppliers to support multiple projects for your marketing partners. include tracking of industry trends, research and performing technical evaluations.Responsibilities include Requirements gathering and alignment to current capabilitiesconfiguration of the marketing automation capability to meet local requirements and campaigns Transition change management to drive successful deployment and adoptionIntegration of multiple capabilities to deliver one solution to sales and marketing organizations In-depth knowledge of marketing automation capabilities and its use with Intel and industry trendsUnderstanding of the business functions/processes supported, be viewed by the business as an advocate for them within IT and provide the voice of IT back to the business when developing Solution roadmaps. Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.QualificationsCandidate must possess a Bachelor s in engineering, Science or related discipline with 6+ years of solutions and multiple domain experience with increasing levels of leadership responsibility within the digital or marketing automation domain specifically Eloqua. Strong understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the relevant businessExpertise in process design, documentation methodologies, output of quality deliverables, process and use case models, business case development You must be a strong collaborator, and have extremely high technical acumen. Sales and marketing business acumen is highly preferred.Leadership skills, with experience making and justifying business-critical decisions and driving projects to completionExperience of working in a fast-paced environment as part of an extended global team Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written with solid stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience in marketing automation (Eloqua) implementation Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority"Can do" attitude and ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities Understanding of Cloud/SAAS solutions models and trends.Experience with integrating enterprise platform/cloud solutions. Additional Qualifications- Understanding of Sales & Marketing, Lead Generation & Customer Relationship Management. - Experience with customer-centric digital engagement solutions across multiple B2B- Familiarity with Sales processes a plus.
