Help build the CAST brand in the Indian market via multiple customer, partner, employee focused marketing activitiesDo Go-To-Market marketing activities with Global System IntegratorsPlan and execute Marketing activities with a lead generation focus that may include local and corporate campaigns like webinars, direct marketing (web/email/mail), exhibitions & seminarsQualify and Follow up on marketing leads via phone and email in collaboration with the Sales team to establish their interest in our software solutionsWork with CAST Channel partners on joint marketing activities and help channel partners build pipeline of qualified businessArrange appointments with high level contacts and their PAs, where appropriate and to predefined criteria, for the sales teamCollate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtainedUse online networking and search engine tools to help build targeted marketing lists and gather market intelligence information to help in prospecting or marketing activitiesUpdate the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and manage sales reportingPersonal QualificationsMinimum 6-7 years of experienceMarketing, Business Development and Channel coordination experienceOutbound calling experience in a related environment (Enterprise Software Company/ System Integrator)Willing and able to cover the entire marketing bandwidth from managing outbound marketing campaigns to addressing high level business requirements and setting up qualified appointments to the sales teamWilling to quickly learn and get up to speed on new tasks, topics and go-to-market opportunitiesDesire to contribute to a team effort, roll up your sleeves and share work, fun and success
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
