Major activities Plan and implement marketing & Sales strategies as per company vision and goals. As per Plan develop marketing and sales team & its capability. Achieving and maintaining the sales target for the company. Develop & maintain customer data bank. Identify business opportunities through market survey and maps as per targeted plans and through lead generation and cold calling. Articulates the opportunity and give presentations to potential customer .Develop and create leads and prospects. Convert the leads and prospects into customer. Set and implement marketing and sales policies, practices and procedures. Set the procedure for review and analysis of performance of marketing efforts and sales activities. Carry out or help in marketing research/survey or attending the seminars, gathering or presentation for the generating leads. Preparation and updating of company profile and website. Prepare quotation, sending it to customer and follow up and negotiation with the customer. Responsible for processing Inquiries through personal visits, emails, phone, etc. Implementation and monitoring of marketing efforts and cost of marketing & sales.Team-Handling Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams/flow. Holds regular meeting with sales staff or company team for review of business growth and bottleneck. Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
