Job Description Its a B to B Process .Candidate has to visit client place. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales OpportunitiesBuilding and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.Supervising customer service operations for rendering quality services; providing first line customer support by answering queries and resolving their issues.Handling marketing operations for achieving increased growth & top-line profitability.To find, attract, and win new clients, nurture and retain those the company already has, entice former clients back into the fold, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service.Candidate will be responsible to create business opportunities & promote IT products.Maintaining & developing relationship with existing customers .Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and retaining the customers. Desired Candidate Profile Education (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG- Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization) Should have knowledge of Sales & Marketing.Should be target Oriented.Should have good communication skills.
