Primary Duties & Responsibilities Marketing PlanWork with the Project Team to devise and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the entire event including exhibitor, sponsor and conference delegate campaign.Use the full marketing mix to promote the event in accordance with the marketing strategy on sponsor, exhibitor and delegate promotion.Execute the entire marketing plan and media plan.Conduct and report on detailed response analysis.CopywritingWrite strategic copy for eshots, press releases, brochures, adverts and website content and proof all marketing materials in conjunction with Conference Producer.DatabaseScrutinise existing data with a view to improve the quality and quantity of the information availableScrutinise a variety of local publications, online portals and other data sources and extract and forward relevant data for researchSubmit new data for research to Research TeamConstant communication with Research Team on data statusOnline PromotionManage and execute online and digital activities in line with agreed strategy including updating of event websites, development and distribution of event e-newsletters and web banner productionDevelop and execute new media marketing strategy to create new marketing channels ie social media and PPC campaignPlacement of web banners, event listings and press releases on relevant online portalsCollateral ProductionCoordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral, including sales brochures, conference brochures, print advertisements, web banners and HTML emailsEnsure all marketing collateral is professionally produced, of the highest quality and adheres to the event and corporate brandingCoordinationManage and co-coordinate internal departments such as conference production, telesales, research, IT and designCoordinate with the Media & PR Executive to ensure barter offerings are executed on timeProvide any other reporting information as required by event teamOn-siteManage delivery of onsite marketing campaign and collateral requirements Website www.bricsaconsulting.com Email-Id hr@bricsaconsulting.com
