Charterhouse is working with a leading global brand who is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to manage Retail and Branded Management Assets. Working closely with HQ, the Local Partner and internal agency, you will achieve the WIN Monitoring KPI of the department by following and implementing the guidelines of Channel Marketing and executing tasks for the smooth operation of Branded Assets such as Brandstores / SES. You will be required to perform regular self audits and quarterly HQ audits to achieve targets. You will take responsibility in the areas of Channel Marketing, Digital and Retail Innovation. With Channel Marketing your main responsibility will be to support the planning and execution of corporate campaigns and promotions which will involve the following: - Planning the campaigns and briefing the agencies with support from the Product Marketing Team - Artworks, POPs, media management (print, radio, digital), activations - ED permits where applicable - Approvals (legal and management) - Collaborating with retailers for marketing campaigns, artwork and promotions - Ensuring all system related processes are carried out - BQMS, EO, PR - and maintaining the forecast for the activity - Internal / external communication to various stake holders regarding campaigns / promotions With regard to Digital, you will regularly update the digital team for the latest banners and offers to be used on the website. You will also plan and executive campaigns and activations with the Corporate Marketing Digital Team to include conceptualisation, artwork approvals, execution monitoring and winner management as well as review and approve articles provided by the Agency. Retail Innovation will include: - Setting the targets for Brandstores in consent with the Key Account Managers (KAM) - Evaluating performance of Brandstores via set KPIs such as Target Vs Achievement, Traffic Count Analysis, Net Promoter Score Analysis (NPS) - For NPS, ensure that the survey is activated across all Brandshops via Team Leaders. - Providing weekly reports on the number of surveys taken to monitor survey results by promoters. - Uploading traffic data to the system - Liaising between head office and stores to allow flow of data - Ensuring policies are implemented across all brand stores - HQ Coverage (ad hoc requests for HQ including P&L) The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with advanced Excel skills alongside a post graduate Degree in business management. You should have the ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player. You should be passionate about Channel Marketing with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to present and deliver a clear message to top management, public groups and clients. You should also have the ability to read, analyse and interpret sales / financial reports, data and studies as well as be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or members of the business community. Due to the nature of the role you will travel extensively within the GCC.
