JOB DESCRIPTIONAn electrifying and carer enhancing opportunity to build, lead and execute a world-class marketing plan in an exciting category of personal and intimate products. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, has proven marketing management experience and is fast-paced and results driven. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, a progressive thinker who can connect online and offline initiatives to grow the companys business exponentially.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Play a key role in the growth of sales and awareness, and be innovative to identify new marketing opportunities to drive the business. Execute offline and digital campaigns to increase customer-base at industry leading customer acquisition cost2. Responsible for creation and execution of the company s online marketing strategy to drive the business forwards through key channels including the company website, email marketing, search engine optimisation, search marketing and social media initiatives3. Analyse and interpret statistics in order to improve the customer experience. Support the Product Teams for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of Support the wider team to improve customer acquisition and retention4. Support the overall content strategy as an important element to the marketing mix.5. Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, case studies, whitepapers, sales support, etc. as needed.6. Drive online partner co-marketing initiatives including managing Partnership relationships and a sales target7. Identify and evaluate partnership options that add significant value to the overall business.8. Grow the brand and support design initiatives including supervising creative solutions as per evolving Brand guidelines. Build key strategic alliances with important partners and monitor/develop key metrics9. Hire, build, and train a world class marketing team.REQUIRED SKILLS1. Must have between two to ten years of experience in marketing or sales with both offline and digital campaigns. 2. Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis including ROI driven campaign management. Great design skills & command over written English3. Passion for the Internet with a positive attitude with a willingness to engage with and love our brand. Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts. A good team player.4. Result-oriented, proactive, hard-working and self-driven leader with excellent analytical skills. Prior work experience at an E-Commerce ecommerce will be an added benefit.5. Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Email.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
