Analyze how past and current campaign performance impacts rider behavior, recommending strategies and campaigns that will increase loyalty and engagement.Responsible for building re-engagement strategy and execution across products/channels.Develop advanced customer segmentation strategies and leverage segmentation to target and find those customers across various marketing channels.Strategic data driven analysis to identify and define new audience segments.Build out customer lifecycle strategy and messaging to to improve loyalty/NPS.Measure and present KPIs to stakeholders to show the incremental impact of re-marketing efforts.Create and own a marketing performance reporting dashboard to define, track and monitor the effectiveness of our marketing programs and provide insights into rider and channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance.Set-up campaigns that are metric-driven and deliver on tangible content and campaign goals (i.e. open-rate, conversion, referrals, engagement, rides, etc.).Reporting and playbooking. Document everything. The learnings from today will pave the way for growthWHAT YOU LL NEED 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, running remarketing/re-engagement campaigns and optimization.Proven success driving, measuring and analyzing marketing campaigns and the ability to design testing framework to measure impact.Skilled at planning, organizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities. You can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward.Youve proven your ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.Strong communicator with ability to proactively guide strategy and implementation.Naturally curious with an appetite to work in a highly creative and innovative environment.Ability to stay ahead of trends and adapt to new and changing email strategies andtools.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
