Team managementResponsible for managing the team and improving performance on daily basis Setting up targets and objectivesDefining and using clear measurement tools Leading monthly employees reviewHire, train and motivate the marketing and communication team members Maintain record of all activities carried out by the marketing & communication teamGuide and adjust the team activities, according to results and business requirementsStrategy and objectives Monitor and lead the marketing strategy creation for all inbound markets (FR, EN, DE)Create, implement & develop the communication plan for the year, according to the marketing objectives. Monitor its execution by the team.Monitor the creation and implementation of the strategy for Website and blog developmentSEO / SEM Social NetworksPaid promotion Video creation and promotionContent creation Customer loyaltyOffline (press, advertisement, exhibitions ) and any other project implemented by the teamAssist the sales team withCreating the targets and objectives for the year Providing the right tools to improve conversion rateGiving guidelines for the production and promotions Responsible for creating, adhering and optimizing the communication budget and keep the department updated regarding expenses, in close coordination with accounts department.Create and monitor creation of regular reports, to measure the team performancesAdditional tasks Participate to strategies implementation with the rest of the teamCreate content according to requirements Monitor overall branding implementationImplement and develop internal communication tools Be informed about destinations, tourism trends, competitors evolution, new technologies .Participate to relevant event for the company Knowledge good understanding of the Inbound Travel Business experience in Web Marketing is key good analytical skills ability to lead an intercultural team understanding of european cultures is a clear advantage fluency in a european language prefered but not mandatory
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
