Coordinating with the Dealers and Distributors to Achieve the Successive growth and the Product coverage in assigned territory.Responsibilities including Product promotion in new area and maintain customer relationship in channel including Distributor and Dealers.Lead and motivating the team of sales personnel to achieve preset targets, create product awareness and capture market share in the assigned territories.Dexterous in tapping markets, handling high-end & potential customers, develop new/ emerging markets, lead core teams in new set-ups, product segment or business verticals in marketing.Built team spirit as an executive administration by ensuring that field staff should get the best support from the administration team and should get all the facilities in a proper manner and should be well delivered to each employee individually to the best of their satisfaction level.Developing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes. Formulating Sales Plan, Customer Acquisition and Revenue Enhancement strategies Increase the Market Share by achieving the sales targets Responsible for entire Sales & Operations for the Area Evaluating marketing budgets periodically including manpower planning initiatives and ensure adherence to planned expenses. Providing direction to execute promotions/launches in sync with area characteristics. Maintaining overall profitability of business addressing to issues in a systematic way.Managing all Sales Activities, like, Order Booking, Packing, Dispatches, Payment Collection, Coordinate with Planning and Designing Dept. for executing of timely supply. Apart from this also coordinate with Quality Control team to settle various complaints received from market. Also coordinate with our Sales Representatives placed at Regional Offices for timely service. Giving Presentation & attending technical discussion for convincing the potential customers. Responsible for operation & completion of project on timeBusiness Development Analyzing business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation and customer satisfaction.Team ManagementManaging an efficient team of Sales force and others to achieve common goals. Creating an environment that sustains and encouraging high performance, motivating teams in optimizing their contribution levels. .Coaching & training of Sales team members To Motivate down line staff, Team Building.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
