To identify the most effective positioning and branding of ADC products and assist in setting strategy that maximizes market share growth, income gains & minimizes customer base cannibalizationLead the approval process for new product design goals, by being the voice of the customer (both external end users and internal commercial customers) based on solid market analytics.Drives the development of the strategic plan & uses the resources within the organization to help achieve the financial commitments.Maintains contacts with key customers & institutions to help further the interests of the businessCommunicates ongoing progress & take corrective actions when necessary to achieve targets.This position will interact and support the medical marketing managerMinimum Skill, Education, ExperienceGraduate in any discipline from reputed institute/ university (preferably B. Pharm or B.Sc)8-10 years relevant marketing experience in PharmaCan organize and lead cross functional teams.Managing large brands, Innovative campaigns , Initiatives in therapy shapingExposure in retail/patient education initiatives will be added advantageCompetenciesExcellent strategic planning and project management skillsInnovative and results drivenStrong written and oral communication skillsA high degree of social confidence and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills; ability to set prioritiesAbility to determine short and long range business needsMust possess strong problem solving techniquesMust be willing to travel 25%-40%Must have demonstrated leadership skillsAdditional responsibilities include the followingSupport team in all marketing phases of product development Manages marketing budget and responsible for all core marketing responsibilities Review & develop marketing materials, user and PR videos Builds and develops high performance team. Recruit and develop talent. Develop metrics used in managing business and evaluating ADC vs. competitive performance. Provide market data and analysis used in planning process. Manage relationships across functions to ensure optimal outcome for programs. Champion programs both internally and externally. Respond to brand/channel requests and competitive information, etc. Manages vendor relationships, setting clear direction
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
