To work in close association with Sales & after sales function, responsible for entire marketing activity related to HD. Responsible for Market share.CVP & sales Promotion- Convert the CVP established by PMG into sales aid/OPECO.- Develop appropriate marketing initiatives for existing and new products for supporting the field team- Demo, caravans, meets, exhibitions, market mapping, market expansion, usage segments etc.- Development and updating of all promotional material, including sales aids, brochures, posters and other POP- Design & prepare sales support model wise schemes With Head-Sales- Al kind of sales kits, OPECO, Product positioning-Training of DSE & ETB Sales team.- Organize advertisement in print/electronic/outdoor mediaPricing- Work out the model wise pricing based on product cost and margin targets- Obtain necessary approval and releases price circular- SAP price updating, special pricing, depot mark-ups- CM monitoring for special approval , bulks, tendersProduct Planning & Product launches- Work out a product plan for the HD vertical in co-ordination with Product Management Group and Head - Sales & Marketing including all activity related to pre-launch & launch.- Carry out product clinics to analyze customer / market requirements for effective product planning- Develop a strategic focus through business case of new productsMarket intelligence- Monitor competition activity and design appropriate strategyMarket Research- Co-ordinate & Roll out market surveys, customer feedback surveys. Analyses and presents the survey reports- Interact with the customers , do benchmark comparisons, understand the usage pattern; operating parameters and other aspects that would help in better understanding of transport operation and identifying new product feature , specs or a new product variant to meet the customer need better.- MR for identification of opportunities for new products in the marketOthers- Coordinate with SPL & PMG for all day to day operational requirement of field team like- FERT codes; non-standard formats; production planning of specific product etc
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
