Consult with stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to answer key business questions through the development of scalable decisions support systems and the delivery of actionable ad/hoc analysisCreate predictive models and advise stakeholders regarding how to respond to insights and observationsDevelop and maintain accurate, visually engaging, and highly actionable reports and dashboardsPerform administrative tasks within key marketing systemsMonitor for data quality within the marketing database, troubleshoot data anomalies, and escalate data issues to be resolvedContribute to detailed technical documentation, including user stories, data-flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, blog posts, and moreCreate, present, and publish presentations for executives describing observations and insights drawn from dataRequired skills7+ years of work experience and a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or related field; master's degree in a related field is a plusExperience with various ETL techniques and tools (e.g., Pentaho, Celery, Python)Extensive experience using BI frameworks (e.g., Business Objects, QlikView, SPSS, R) and data visualization (e.g, SAS VA, Tableau)Experience developing web applications using SQL; HTML and JavaScript is beneficialSolid analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with advanced reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., QlikView)Passionate with great problem solving skills; ability to learn on your own and work in an ambiguous environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time, in a fast-paced environment, across time zones and with different culturesThe following are considered a plusExtensive experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Analytics, Target, Campaign, etc.) using SiteCatalyst, Discover, API, etc. to surface reliable data and analysis in support of anomaly detection and add/hoc reportingFamiliar with marketing automation systems (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com) and other related technologies
