To convert marketing and communication strategies into materials supporting integrated campaigns for new and existing target markets.- Has to work closely with all Product Managers to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns - Responsible for all aspects of marketing communications, including product launches, marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, advertisements), database maintenance, direct mail, email and digital advertisements.KRAs & Specific Roles- Creative ability to translate clinical value proposition and other ProductManagement content into an effective campaign- Experience managing relationships , contracts and projects with external vendors- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to be able to craft and refine uniform- Ability to work cross-functionally , identifying synergies between businesses and markets to drive efficiencies and consistency of messaging- Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality - Experience effectively interacting with senior marketing leaders and global counterparts- Collaborative attitude; willingness to support product line managers and field goals.- Create and execute integrated awareness, reimbursement and market development strategies to address needs of physicians & patients- Support sales teams through creation and execution of internal sales tactics and lead generation- Manage consumer and physician online initiatives as needed. Manages process to ensure internal socialization, alignment and approval for digital content- Plan, execute and measure therapy and category PR activities. Ensure agency focus on achieving key message placement-conduct regular reviews- Support campaigns by creating collateral and planning, execution and follow-up of industry events, managing booths for trade shows- Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy as applicable. Follow all procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and high quality work- Database generation and design email/newsletter strategyKey Competencies- Creative Mind, Strategic Thinking with business acumen - Excellent written and Communication skills- Team worker possessing Team Spirit - Honest and fair to others- Good Listening Skills Educational Qualification and ExperienceBE / B. Pharm/M. Pharm or B.Sc /M.Sc in biological Sciences with additional professional qualification MBA or equivalentCandidate should possess minimum 8 years of total professional experience .Travel50% travel, within country occasionally outside countryMany events occur during weekends hence willingness to travel and work over the weekends.
