Our client, a well-known distributor of Chemicals and commercial and industrial lubricants is now recruiting for a Marketing Implementer METhis role is seen as providing development potential to the candidate with opportunity for future, more senior positions within the regional sales and marketing organization.Specific responsibilities includeDevelop Country Marketing plan in line with the MEA regional marketing strategy and business goalsSet Marketing Objectives and priorities in line with the overall business plans for the Middle East markets.Drive the regional marketing priorities with differentiated CVP's into assigned countries in support of business goals.Drive the implementation of Trade, Consumer promotions and BTL activations within countryEnsure accelerated growth of retail distribution in markets with focus on achieving coverage, productivity and throughput targetsLead the marketing activation agencies to deploy as per brief to high quality implementationOwn the results of all marketing activities deployed in countryHelp identify and deliver growth opportunities within priority sectors, seeking ways to increase market share and profitability. Drive "product + sales basics training programs for Sales Co-ordinate all local brand and communications activities in markets (e.g. campaigns, promotions, newsletters, OOH, Radio, Signage)Contribute to the Global Marketing team best practice sharing and new product CVP developmentCoordinate closely with distributor's marketing teams to ensure local relevance and implementation quality, provide supervision and guidance. Responsible for the Lubricants SPandA budget for ME - ensuring appropriate tracking and prioritization of activities to achieve highest impact in results Ensure full alignment between the marketing, sales, supply chain and technical teamsIn order to be successful in this role you will need to have or beMarketing implementation experience with evidence of successfully growing market share, volumes, profitability, product coverage, trials and offtake.Experience of implementing CVPs with full local buy-in.Broad experience of the marketing mix (e.g. market research, new product development, brand, pricing management, promotions).Degree level education, Master's degree in a relevant discipline would be preferred but is not essential subject to proven business experience.Confidence with numbers and ability to identify what drives business resultsA proactive and "ready to import and share good ideas mindset3 - 5 years proven marketing experience in the lubricants, associated automotive chemical business, consumer goods or any other distribution driven industry in the MEA region.

Requirements

Fluency in oral and written English is essential (Fluency in written and spoken Arabic will be considered a plus) .Track record of providing innovative solutions to business challenges Demonstrated ability to develop influence a high performance distributor sales team that are capable of delivering sustained sales results. li>Coaching skills capable to influence others out of the reporting line, active listener, capable to provide constructive feedback. Demonstrate capability to take decision with uncertain data. Capable to stand in front of confronting discussion, do not be afraid of managing conflicting calls and work to create win-win solutions.A highly motivated and self-starting individual that is driven by results delivery in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environmentA demonstrated ability to be a team player that can build productive working relationships at all levels within organizations both internally and externally.Excellent negotiation skills that enable business growth through securing opportunities and providing profitable optimal solutions distributors or internal teams.Capable to build a stakeholder map and adapt communication style within different levels of organisations.Demonstrated successful team leadership experience with evidence of coaching for performance and team development skills Excellent communication skills, effective communicator via telephone and email.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a team player who is able to partner up, down and across the organization.Hands on, proactive and problem solving mentality, always looking for process improvements and able to work on different projects at the same time.Desire to continually learn and develop as an individual as well as the team.
