AssistEngineering Manager in estimation activities Decomposefunctional requirements into product specifications Workclosely with the peer(s) in Architecture to understand product architectureand design and share ideas for design Implement(code) features/sub-features of varying complexity (low-medium for MPE-1,medium-high for MPE-2) Reviewtest cases for individual feature/sub-feature code units Undertakeunit testing and act as interface with Quality team during internal testing SupportConfiguration Management/ Technical Documentation groups ontechnical/transactional issues Reviewtechnical documents created by Technical Documentation & ConfigurationManagement teams Reportto Project Manager on progress of development activities and escalate issueswhen required Leadbug-fixing post-testing or implementation and support the ProfessionalServices, implementation teams team from offsite with implementation ofassigned (approved) code changes Owninitiatives taken within the development team by developingmethodologies/tools anticipating future client requirements Supportthe Engineering Manager and Distinguished Engineer in researching newtechnologies, techniques and procedures and assess fit for the organization Trainthe initial Product Support team from Edge Services (for L1 or L2 support) Coordinatewith Edge Services teams for specifically assigned L3 or L4 supportscenarios, which require Engineering support Assistthe Engineering Manager with project management activities throughpreparation of product development requests and plans Deliverregular feature upgrades and bug fixes, as per defined plan Prepareimpact assessment (for ongoing customer-related change requests) based onguidance and defined templates Performdesignated duties during product launches/updates Adhereto defined product engineering processes and standards Financial Ensureadherence to defined timelines and assigned administrative resourcesPeople Participatein a collaborative, can-do, high-performance, techno-savvy, entrepreneurialculture through consistent actions Inthe capacity of a technical panelist, assist HR in recruitment of entry-levelMembers (PE-2)
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
