Microsoft server side support tickets through our ticket queue system that have gone through our Help Desk support 1-3 tiersGrows professionally and personally; eager to acquire new knowledge while promoting Secure-24 s values and culture.4 10 years experience in managing Microsoft Systems in a 24x7 environment2 4 years experience managing mid to enterprise Microsoft Environments.
