Deep understanding of Synchronous / Asynchronous communication patterns and Problem solving abilities w.r.t. Message Sequencing, Correlation, QueuingKnowledge of SOA Design patterns for building middleware systems ground up using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, WS-* standards and ability to suggest, criticize and formulate solutions in a multi-vendor and architecture committee meetings.Fluency in web service standards such as WSSE and technologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI) is a must.Good knowledge of SOA architecture, infrastructure design and development, strong understanding of relational databases; experience working with different adaptors and JMS queues required.Deep understanding of SOAP, REST, WSDL, UDDI, JSONExperience with successful implementation of framework-based JEE solutionsKnowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process executionProficient level Java development experience is a mustSOA design principles and best practicesExperience with SOAP and REST a mustHave expertise in large distributed systems, legacy experience is considered an assetBackground in agile and waterfall methodologiesHave excellent verbal, written, and inter-personal communication skillsStrong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skillsDuties and AccountabilitiesIdentify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint StudioContribute to key phases of the development life-cycleDevelop solutions by designing system specifications, standards and programmingTroubleshoot issues and provide bug fixesImplement and execute web service API management frameworkCreate and maintain SOP for ESB and API GatewayCreate accreditation requests for new services and follow up with OIS team to get the approvals in a timely manner.Provide support and guidance to application administration, infrastructure and development teams, as necessary, to troubleshoot and resolve issuesPrioritize support requests, follow strict change management process, and communicate effectively on the task status and progressMonitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend appropriate plan of actionMaintain standards and identify process for improvement for the platforms supportedProvide L3 support and participate in on-call duties on rotation basisWork with the vendors to resolve any issues, product bugs, and enhancementsParticipate in project calls and work with internal Bank groups to gather detailed technical requirements and application specificationsTake personal responsibility and accountability for timely response to client queries, requests or needs, while working to remove obstacles that may impede execution or overall successCollaborate with other team members and contribute productively to the team's work and output, while demonstrating respect for different points of viewResearch the critical and underlying relationships between primary business, technology, and systems platforms
