Leads escalation resolution on major issues pertaining to complex hardware / software systems. May support supervisor / manager in providing direction and coordinating the work of the helpdesk team. Regularly assists less experienced team members and acts in a team lead capacity. Improves support processes and tiers of escalation.Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.Minimum Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Skills Advanced ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community. Advanced troubleshooting skills. Advanced understanding of the fundamentals of network, server, and desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, and equipment. Applies advanced understanding of customer service techniques as required to address PC problems.Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
