Job duties and responsibilities Lead efforts on creating applications and solutions as strategic and horizontal capabilities for the Function Lead the overall Collections BI team Ownership of the horizontal application and platform capabilities including Collections Data, Datamart, Communication Campaign Management, etc. Digitization of processes, deliver efficiencies through automation and avoid probability of manual error. Create, execute, and monitor end-to-end collections campaigns and its performance. Successful execution of internal as well external MIS requirements. Successful execution of collection communication campaigns and optimization the TAT using automation / technology. Liaison with data mart and other IT teams for development of new applications/platforms to deliver on automation and horizontal capabilities Tracking and monitoring of Collections Key Performance Indicators and solution for the improvements in delivery Interface with cross functional teams to ensure timely deployment of change management in terms of key metrics and collection metrics. Work with IT to build the functional System of Records that will enable seamless BI operations, easy data access for BI and other requirements Work with multiple stakeholders across technology, business, compliance etc. to understand BI and data related requirements and ensure seamless delivery. Responsible for coordinating with various business and functional stakeholders on BI initiatives.- Strong data and technology orientation- Act as an expert in the area of data management and workflow optimization.- Understand efficient ways of process design that should stand the test of time- Understanding on data and transformation of data for business analysis and decision makingBasic qualifications The candidate should have experience in managing and working with large datasets. Should have understanding of data storage and DWH architecture. Should have experience in working with different DB Tools. Should be comfortable with automation tools and web based BI delivery tools. Should have a numerate bent of mind Must possess good analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills. The candidates should be able to understand and identify patterns from small sample set Should have 8 to 10 years of prior experience in relevant roles, preferably in financial services in the area of BI and Campaign Management Required Key StrengthsA qualified candidate needs to be able to work with cross functional teamsAbility to work effectively across portfolio teams and functional areas teamsStrong influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and task without compromising quality. Ability to deliver timely results in a fast paced environment.
