Reporting to the Country sales manager, the incumbent will be responsible for Spear head the business operations for the channel Relationship management with the relevant industry channel partners Net sales, Distribution and Share of market - Drive channel profitability through efficient deployment of budget and portfolio management Design and execution of Sales Strategy in- line with the organisational growth aspiration Route to Market, Infrastructure and Capability development Talent management Acquisition , Development and Engagement Periodic market survey The Successful Applicant Total 10-12 years Sales experience out of which minimum 6 years in retail FMCG Sales environment Primarily Modern trade & institutional expertise and knowledge of driving sales nationally Experienced in Pan India Business strategy development and Deployment Strong demonstrated Leadership skills Sound knowledge and exposure to Route-to-market strategy and execution MBA is good to have Excellent communication skills Assertive, confident, proactive and result oriented Potential to shoulder responsibilities
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
