Working experience of Cash Management services and Repayment management in lending operations Relationship development with existing Auto-debit banks and increasing auto-debit networko Build and develop relationship with partner bank officials to leverage existing relationshipo Build a rapport with regulators like NPCI, RBIo Drive cost efficiency for existing partner banks on services availed from banks Managing mandate management and curing processo Implementation of a robust mandate management and registration process to facilitate seamless banking of transactions by the Banking Operations Unito Drive Reduction of Technical rejections by continuous process improvements, driving results and actions based on observations from banking analytics team and curing of rejected mandateso Developing the eco system of effective management of mandate pickup from existing and new customerso Drive mandate registration adherence for Auto-Debit and NACH partners To drive and ensure compliance of standard operating guidelines within the banking team, build internal controls and respond to Internal and External Auditors Drive improvement and automation projects for mandate management and transaction banking processeso Identify, design and undertake analysis to facilitate process and/or technology change initiativeso Engage with various internal customers and enable improvements/new initiatives for repayment managemento Work closely with Banking BIU team and drive results for improved banking and customer service, based on repayment data relationship and analytics Basic qualifications 12+ years of experience with min 4 years in Cash Management Services, NACH process awareness Ability to effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures Meticulous in work / able to think strategically, strong reasoning and analytical capabilities and perseverance to meet deadlines. Ability to develop and nurture good business relationships with key business partners like Bankers, Service Providers. Ability and flair in identifying process gaps in functional areas if any, root cause analysis and implement corrective measures. Ability to lead and drive projects in engagement with internal stakeholders Ability to comprehend and minimize operational risks including wide understanding of audit controls and compliance requirements Ability to manage a team across a diverse range of processes within an operational environment. Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation of staff in an ever-changing environment.
